The underground data center facility is equipped with four foot raised static-proof flooring. This allows easy maintenance, routing and quick access to our entire network from the bottom. This flooring is also static proof, which cuts out any static electricity that may occur.

Our network flooring is built for complete ventilation to help ventilate heat to ensure quality service at all times.

Our entire network is protected with UPS and Natural Gas Generators for emergency backup power incase there is a power failure. We have the equipment and resources to keep our entire network running at peak performance for hours if the power was ever to go out.

We have fully trained technical and systems administration staff, housed at the network facility 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! We provide this service to ensure that all customers receive the support and customer care they need at anytime of the day.
