JERPAT Web Designs will attempt to diagnose your computer problem, provide an estimate of applicable service fees, and then provide you with a computer solution via the Internet. In certain cases, however, problem diagnosis and support may not be completed because of a problem with your computer or its configuration that is beyond our control.

All this can be done at a very affordable rate and you can also sign up for a monthly maintenance plan that will save you money.

Rates

Regular Rates:
$50.00 per hour

Monthly Maintenance Rates:
$25.00 per month, which includes logging into your computer once a month to make sure everything is running smoothly.  If you have other problems during the month, you will only be charged $30.00 per hour.  The $25.00 will also be credited toward fixing the problem.

Based on the initial free estimate, a deposit of half will be required before work can begin.

In the event the problem can't be fixed, you will receive a full refund.

You will also be required to sign a copy of our legal information before work can begin.  Please download a copy here.  Initial at the bottom of each page (including the last page) that you have read each page thoroughly.  Sign and date the last page and fax a copy back to us at:  1-866-301-7735.
