In certain cases, however, problem diagnosis and support may not be completed, because of a problem with your computer or its configuration that is beyond our control.<\/p>\n<p>All this can be done at a very affordable, rate and you can also <a id=\"PXLINK_2_0_2\" class=\"pxInta\" href=\"#\">sign up<\/a> for a monthly maintenance plan that will save you money.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Rates<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Regular Rates:<br \/>\n$60.00 per hour<\/p>\n<p>Monthly Maintenance Rates:<br \/>\n$25.00 per month, which includes logging into your computer once a month to make sure everything is running smoothly. If you have other problems during the month, you will only be charged $30.00 per hour. The $25.00 will also be credited toward fixing the problem.<\/p>\n<p>Based on the initial free estimate, a deposit of half will be required before work can begin.<\/p>\n<p>In the event the problem can&#8217;t be fixed, you will receive a full refund.<\/p>\n<p>You will also be required to sign a copy of our legal information before work can begin.
